The Art of Mahjong Craft is a heartfelt collaboration between illustrator Karen Aruba and her father, master mahjong craftsman Ricky Cheung. With deep roots in Hong Kong, their traditional mahjong craftsmanship has been lovingly passed down through generations.
 
Each circle tile is meticulously hand-carved by Ricky, one of the few remaining artisans dedicated to this time-honored craft. The tiles are then hand-painted in luminous metallic hues, blending tradition with modern artistry.
 
Accompanying each piece is a beautifully illustrated card by Karen, designed for you to share a personal message or blessing, making each set not only a work of art but also a deeply meaningful gift.
